"Just create a 90 second video of you making a dish – outlining the recipe and finished product - cooking show style, upload it to YouTube, and you'll be in the draw to win an amazing lunch at Al Brown's Cooking School with five friends (worth $3000!). You get to eat, drink and have fun with Al himself. Plus you could become a YouTube sensation, and you may even get the chance to show your cooking skills on the Good Morning show.
The dish must include and showcase a regional ingredient or culinary product in the recipe (even if it's just you drinking some Tuatara beer), or be inspired by Wellington in some way. Don't worry about your dish being fancy like a Logan Brown dish either - baked beans on toast is just as good (provided the beans or bread are from the region of course)."
Our entry included fish from Oriental Bay! CHeck out the competition and help us win by watching the video!
